=====  Airline Commission Discount Logic =====

The Airline Commission is a deduction applied **per passenger** and is displayed as a **discount** on the checkout screen. It is configured per airline and helps reduce the final fare shown to the customer.

==== Location of Configuration ====

This commission is configured in the Admin portal at:

  * ADMIN → Agency → Airline Commission

==== Discount Types & Logic ====

To configure Airline Commission:

  * Select the **Supplier** (e.g., Amadeus, Travel Fusion, Verteil)
  * Choose the **Airline** related to the selected supplier
  * Select **Customer Type**: B2B or B2C
  * Choose **Based On** (defines how the commission is calculated):
    - Basic
    - Basic + Tax
    - Total Fare
  * Select **Commission Type**:
    - Flat → enter a fixed amount
    - Percentage → enter a percentage value

The system applies the configured commission **per passenger** during fare calculation.
